The best of both home cooking and expertise, you’re holding our family recipe tweaked and perfected by our spice merchant in the Casablanca Marché aux épices, Omar. So much greater than the sum of its parts, Ras el Hanout is traditional for use in Mrouzia (Moroccan lamb confit), but use it well and often on grilled chicken, in tomato soup, and on any and all roasted vegetables your heart desires.
