Staub's enameled cast iron cookware and bakeware were first designed by Francis Staub in 1974. Each piece is manufactured in France with cast iron covered with a beautiful double-glazed enamel. This enamel coating is easy to clean and protects against rust, chipping and cracking. The unique nubs on the interior of each cocotte lid allows condensation to collect and drip to baste foods uniformly while cooking. Each piece is one of a kind.
Oven safe up to 500°F. No seasoning required. Compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
