Rectangular Baking Stone, Charcoal

Emile Henry's rectangular ceramic baking stone is finished with their proprietary lead-free black Flame glaze, which is safe for cutting on and will not chip or crack. Safe for use in the oven, on the grill, and over an open flame, as it is designed to withstand exceptionally high temperatures. 

The rectangular shape is ideal for flat bread, rolls, large pizzas, and cookies. Can be used as a cooking and serving surface. 

Made in France. Dishwasher safe.
